I have been feeling tired all the time lately and have a hard time getting up when my alarm goes off. I started using this B-12 spray about 2 weeks ago. I've been using this in conjunction with sublinguals and multivitamins in order to maintain my b12 levels. I stopped taking my monthly B-12 shot in December and starting taking the B-12 spray. My blood test last week showed my B-12 had gone from 500 to 738. I have no idea what those numbers mean except that my doctor said 738 was a good number and that I should continue with the daily B-12 spray.
